Scoring methods have been integrated into our pipelines at various stages of the process:
- Scoring is used to compare each outlier with its control patient, enabling the identification of differential gene expression.
- Unsupervised clustering is performed on the patient data to categorize patients and to rank genes of interest and potential pathways during the consolidation of data from outliers population.
