In order to import biological samples into France, CURE51 needs to submit a list of all our collaborating centers to the French Ministry of Health. For this, it is required for each center to sign the attached affidavit.
Signing this document does not commit the center to sending the samples to CURE51, but completing it as soon as possible will help avoid administrative delays later on.
Usually, the PI is responsible for signing the document.
